Yes, Dr. Adeyemo is always on call for urgent pediatric concerns.
When your child is sick or you have an urgent medical question, you can speak directly with the pediatrician even when the office is closed. There is no need to go through an answering service for emergencies or urgent guidance.
How to Reach After Hours Care
To reach the pediatrician after hours:
Call our office at 734-351-3166 and press 2 on the voicemail prompt if you do not wish to leave a message.
If the call is not answered immediately, please leave a voicemail. Your call will be returned as soon as possible, typically within one hour depending on urgency.
When After Hours Care Is Available
Our after hours pediatric support is available during the following times:
Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM – 9:00 AM
Friday: 4:30 PM – Monday 9:00 AM (Weekend coverage included)
What Constitutes an After Hours Concern?
After hours calls are intended for urgent health matters such as:
- High fever or worsening illness
- Breathing concerns
- Medication reactions
- Sudden changes in your child’s condition
- Any urgent medical question that cannot wait until the next business day
