Value Appointments and Time
Families who understand that all visits are by appointment only and make every effort to arrive on time. We also ask that appointments are confirmed when contacted, as unconfirmed appointments may be canceled to accommodate other patients.
Support an Organized Office Environment
Families who are comfortable following office policies and procedures and understand that our schedule is carefully structured to reduce wait times. At this time, we do not accept walk-in visits.
Understand Financial Responsibility
Families who recognize that insurance does not always cover all services and are prepared to pay copays, deductibles, and any outstanding balances at the time of the visit. If additional concerns are addressed during a well visit, separate charges may apply. Payment at check-in helps us provide timely and efficient care. Understand Administrative Requests
Families who understand that forms, letters, and other administrative requests outside of a visit may include associated fees. We ask that you allow 2–5 business days for completion of non-urgent forms and bring any required forms to your visit whenever possible.
